Seeing a similar situation here.
For me to reproduce this error requires all of the following conditions:
1. Hazel must be attempting to move a subfolder (non-folder files can be moved without error)
2. The move destination must be Trash (subfolders can be moved to other destinations without error)
3. The subfolder must be located a Dropbox folder (subfolders located outside of Dropbox can be moved to the Trash without error)
