Trouble creating email with Hazel

I had a workflow set up where when I plug a specific USB in new subdirectories are automatically emailed to a certain address. For some reason it has stopped working and emails a blank email.
So the hazel workflow was:
If ALL of the following are met:
Kind is folder
Colour label is blank
Do the following:
Run automator... (see below)
Set color label to green
Automator action:
1. Get selected finder item
2. New mail message
3. Add attachment to front message
4. Send outgoing message
The strange thing is that it stopped working (as in no attachment), but previously worked. Any suggestions are welcome.
