I am new to Hazel and have enjoyed learning what it can do. I have figured out how to rename downloaded files using various patterns and from data inside the pdf files. What I have not been able to figure out is how to save the files to a folder structure outside of the Downloads folder with a path like...

xxx/xxx/YYYY/theOrg[/thePerson]/file.pdf

where xxx/xxx are in iCloud and and will remain static, however, YYYY, theOrg, and thePerson will vary. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can move the file to xxx/xxx and then use Sort into subfolder from there.

Look up match patterns in the manual. That will show you how to set up custom attributes to grab the pieces of info you need to use in the Sort into subfolder pattern.
