I am trying to trigger a shortcut from a Hazel rule. All of my shortcuts exist in the "Run Shortcut" dropdown, but they're not selectable and grayed out. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Can you check the logs? Do the following:

- Launch Console
- Make sure your machine is selected in the left sidebar under Devices
- Enter Hazel into the search field and press return
- Click the message in the middle of the window to start streaming.
- Launch Hazel and go to the Shortcuts popup.
- Send me the log messages that appear.

I don't know what happened, but it suddenly started working. I am now able to select items from the list.

If it happens again, grab the logs as I outlined earlier.
