Help automate bibliography

Let's say I have downloaded a bibliographic file of type
- Code: Select all
.ris
to my Downloads folder. I would like Hazel to detect this, and instruct BibDesk to import this file with the menu command
- Code: Select all
Publication:New Publications from File …
(
- Code: Select all
SHIFT-CMD-L
)

You will need to use AppleScript for that. I don't know anything about BibDesk so you may need to contact their support to see if they provide AppleScript support and can do what you want.
