Rule to change files from .tiff to .pdf

I am by no chance a "pro" user for Hazel. I use it for a couple of simple and useful rules in my small business.
My issue is my HP printer would digitally save faxes on my Mac as .tiff files. Whenever I try to open these files on my iPad when I am outside of the office they dont open. I tried making a rule on Hazel to convert the tiff files to pdf files but I think its out of my league. I would appreciate any help in making this rule or putting me into the right direction.
