do following:
Move to folder Trash

issue: The folder keeps on processing since I can see it in the hazel.log file generating this block of log text every couple of seconds. It didn't use to do that. I have verified if I disable it that it no longer generates the log file updates.

Log:

16777220-13427345 is the folder hazel

This entry repeats over and over.

Is there a way to stop the folder being reprocessed every second and then logging?

You really should not be monitoring Hazel's log folder. This will create a loop as Hazel will process the folder, resulting in logs being written to, which will trigger Hazel to process the folder again.

Yes, apparently that is the loop that is occurring here. But I'd like to keep my logs clean. So how would you go about doing it? Previously it wouldn't do this. I wouldn't see this log loop.

What do you mean by keeping the log files clean? Note that Hazel rotates the logs out on a weekly basis already.

I would like to have more control of my log files. whats the best way to achieve the following:
- watch the log folder of hazel
- clean logs at a 10 minute increment
- don't generate log loop

That's not possible. Anything Hazel does will write to the logs and that will cause Hazel to process the files in that folder.
