Rules Categories

Is there a way to organize Rules into categories into a folder or with a tag? For example, I have Rules related to bank statements, utility bills, receipts, etc. Most rules go into my Downloads folder, since that is my primary Inbox for downloading files. I have so many rules, and it seems like all I can do is just drag items around in order to keep some sort of organizational structure. Thank you.

Not possible as the order of the rules affects how they are executed. You can add rules that serve as headers and deactivate them but re-ordering rules for visual reasons will have side effects so you need to be careful of that.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I see. I didn't realize that the order literally affected the order how they're executed. I'm surprised as Hazel has so much advanced functionality that is beyond my level of comprehension, and yet I haven't yet figured out a simple way to organize my rules.
