Copy to Dropbox automatically

Hi
New to Hazel. Sorry!
I do a lot of music (lead sheets, arrangements ...) for 3 choir and some bands. My workflow is like this:
I write the arrangement in Dorico or Sibelius, and then print a PDF - SongTitlePdf - to a folder. This folder, named SongTitle, is on my local drive. Now I need to create a copy of this PDF to a folder on Dropbox named SongTitle, so all the singers/musicians can downloade the music.
I dream of this workflow: From Dorico or Sibelius I print a PDF to a folder, and the minute this PDF is in the folder, the automation starts, copying the file to a certain directory in DropBox, in the folder with the same name (SongTitle) - creating the folder if it's not there, overwriting any old files with the same name, without asking.
I was told in the Automator forum, that Hazel can do that.
Can anyone point me in direction to where I can read/learn about this process?
Any help much appreciated!
Regards Musicmind
