Add Photos App/Folder

I found in the forums on how to add the Photos App to hazel, which had me check for a setting. That setting for the Photos app was turned on. For the life of me I cannot find that article again. Long story short, how to I add the Photos App (on a Mac) to Hazel. When I select and drop the Photos app into Hazel, it just resorts back to it original place. Please help, very frustrated.

I don't know what you are trying to do here. Can you elaborate on what you mean by adding the Photos app to Hazel? What do you expect to happen when you drop the Photos app onto Hazel?
