Hi all,

I am trying to organize a lot of stuff from my desktop bit I have still issues with uploading the folders.

My Rules:

1) All Files Older than 1 Moth to local temp archive -> Works
2) All Files Older that 2 Month -> Sort into Subfolder with pattern current date (quarter) -> Works (e.g. Q1-2023)
3) Upload all Files after 1 day from Step 2 with fscp -> Works... But...

This Chain is running every day... On my Upload Share I now find Folders Q1-2023, Q1-2023-2, Q1-2023-3 etc...

What can I do copy the files in the existing folder (Q1-2023) on share and not in a new folder Q1-2023-1 Q1-2023-2??

Any Ideas?

After step 2, the files are in subfolders? Do you have a rule set up to go into subfolders? If not, then you are probably uploading the whole folder.

Do I need this in the beginning of Step 3 before Upload? If yes, how does the rule look like?

Check the manual. There's a whole chapter dedicated to the topic of going into subfolders.
