Match on contents of Comments in Finder (Mac OS)

Assume the Comments area of Finder > Get Info contains the following string: "Review after [some date]"

How would I create a rule in Hazel that compared today's date to the date in the comments area and "do something" if it matched? Just to be clear, "Today's Date" is dynamic.
