Are there any really easy rules to download so I can use them as paradigms for my own rules? HELP. Thanks

If you look under the Help menu, there's an option to load some sample rules. You can also search the support site as it contains links to various sites that have tutorials and examples.

I cannot find the Help Menu.

Can you post a screenshot of your menu under Hazel?
