Hazel window is bouncing; "Hazel has been stopped"

When I open the Hazel app, the window bounces for about 30 minutes, showing a yellow section at the top, stating "Hazel has been stopped" and has a Start button in the right corner. The yellow section disappears after about a second, but continually reappears. What's going on? Is there any way to stop this? I'm trying to create a new Rule, and it's moving all over the place.

I was able to pull this from the logs.

Does it still happen after a reboot? What version are you running?

Running Hazel v5.2. And no, it doesn't appear to be happening any more. I've had to reboot a few times after installing other software, so perhaps that resolved the issue.

Thanks!
