Making a folder for the fiscal year based on the match

I could match this "Financial Year : 2022-23" in the receipt, but the rule is not creating a folder 2022–23 based on the date attribute but instead creating a folder 2023–23.

I tried shortening the date by one year, but it had no effect. Is there any solution for this?
