I am trying to a shortcut as part of a hazel rule but I cannot select the short cut. All available shortcuts are greyed out in the drop menu - any idea how to fix this?

Can you post a screenshot of this? Note that you'll need to use a third party hosting service for the image. Use imgur.com if you don't have one of your own.
