Rules are not applied correctly under Mac OS 12.5

Hello,

I love the tool, but since I have my new MacBook M1 with the OS 12.5, rules are not applied properly.

What rules do I have:

- When a PDF is added in the download folder, it checks if it contains a date and a certain text "Helpling". If yes then the document is moved to a special folder.
- I have a few of such rules
- Only after that there is a rule that looks if the new file is a PDF and then moves it to the PDF folder.

What happens:
- The documents are moved directly to the PDF folder and the previous rules, like the ones described above, are ignored.

If I understand the concept correctly, then all the rules are processed one after the other. This would mean that the first rule with the example of "includes the text "Helpling" is ignored. I also checked the file with the preview function and the rule shows everything correctly.

Am I doing something wrong here? Am I misunderstanding the concept? Or is there a bug here?

Thanks for the help.
