Hi there!

I feel dumb asking this, but how can I watch a specific folder (how to set it up)?

The goal is to watch my Downloads folder and then to move any file into another folder. I'm particularly interested in the trigger setup, the move file action seems to be more straight forward.

The 2nd automation I'm looking for is to check for older files than 2 weeks in a specific folder and delete those.

How can I set up these 2 workflows?

When you first launch Hazel, the Downloads folder should be there. Also, I highly suggest both reading the manual and loading the sample rules.

Ah okay, I see it now. You add a Folder (so it goes in the left pane) and then the rule you apply, applies to that folder. Thanks!
