Hello,
I'm trying to sync any new file or folder is added inside a shared Dropbox folder.

The structure is like:

Folder A
- Folder B
-- Folder B1
- Folder C
- Folder D
- ...

etc..

Anyone may please suggest the rules for achieving this?

Also, at the moment the destination folder is empty, I need to copy one first time all the content of the Dropbox shared folder or not?

Check the manual for syncing folders. There's a whole chapter on how to do that.
