How to add annotations/comments to a PDF files with a PDF editor, Adobe reader, PDF-Xchange etc. (sorry Windows  ) that they can be used by Hazel conditions?

If you know of any Mac software, please mention it as well.

If you embed the annotations or save flattend it works, but is it also possible so that the annotations are further editable?

I would like to implement a workflow via stamps.

Example:
Stamp "checked" is set --> file is moved to folder "checked".
Stamp "pay" is set --> file is moved to folder "pay".

etc.

You can try keywords (not sure if all those PDF editors use those). Otherwise, select a PDF and do Get Info in Finder. See what fields are available there.

Yes, keywords would work. But it would be too complicated and time-consuming for less IT-savvy employees.

If you could simply set and delete the keywords using a stamp, that would be a good solution. Unfortunately, the PDF editors I have checked can only change the keywords via the file properties.

If anyone knows of a PDF editor that can easily change keywords, please let me know.
