Trigger Based on Uploading

I use a few cloud based services (ie. Quickbooks online). I like to upload scanned/emailed invoices to QBO. Is there a way to trigger a Hazel Rule that will recognize when a document has been uploaded someplace and then delete the document thereafter?

Is the uploaded place accessible via Finder? If so, then you can have Hazel monitor that. Otherwise it needs to run on the machine where the files reside.

Sadly no. I would be uploading the document to Quickbooks Online (by selecting the file to upload).
