default browser exceptions

Is there a way to create a Hazel rule that instructs my computer to open particular URLs with a browser that is not my default browser?

Hazel is meant to deal with files so doesn't really handle URLs that you would click on in various places. Check out something like RCDefaultApp which may do what you want.
