Hi,

I've just given up using Folder actions and now testing Hazel. One of the rules I've set should be pretty common:

1. given this folder (OmniFocus backup)
2. if the file has extension ofocus-backup (just to make sure I'm not selecting other files)
3. if date created is not in the last 1 month

then Move it to Trash

Basic, right?

Well, when I triggered this Rule all the backup files in the folder where deleted even if some where created today. So, what am I doing wrong?

Guess what... just seconds after posting the question I've checked the "creation time" of all those file and all were actually created at a time that the rule applied to. So I've changed my condition to Date added.
