Move files to sub folders

Hi
Newbie here. I have searched the forum and read the manual but still can't make things work. I have a folder that receives a backup from one program using two files. All the files are date stamped but have a common name, so

RB_Filename_Datestamp_extension
RB_Filename_Datestamp_extension
RB_Filename_Datestamp_extension
RB_Filename_Datestamp_extension
T&S_Filename_Datestamp_extension
T&S_Filename_Datestamp_extension
T&S_Filename_Datestamp_extension

What I am TRYING to do is simply move the latest 5 files of each name to a new sub folder and delete the older ones. Can I make it work? NO!
Can anyone help a novice?
I hope so.
Many thanks...

Try something like "Date added is not among the 5 most recent, Move to trash". That will get rid of the old ones. You can then move the remaining ones where you want.

Many thanks for that. My problem is I want to keep the five latest of each filename and the RB files change very infrequently and the T&S files change maybe two or three times a day. So using 5 latest does not seem to work for me? Or am I wrong?

Do separate rules for each file type, with a condition where it matches the name. When paired with a "is among" condition, it will only apply to files which matched that other condition.
