goosing Hazel

After upgrading to 3.0 I have noticed Hazel acting faster at times, but sometimes rules don't seem to run and I either need to run them manually from the menu bar, or stop and restart it. Might there be some leftover pref or something from a previous version that's causing Hazel to space out?
