What do the circular arrows next to a folder mean?

What do the circular arrows next to a folder in the left pane of the main window mean? Only one of my folders has this. All the rules are active on multiple folders.

It means the folder's rules are synced to a file. You had to have set that up at some point as it's not something that happens automatically. Click on it to see which file it's syncing to.
