Exclude a specific date from a PDF from a renaming rule

I have created a rule that renames a bunch of PDFs based on the first instance of a particular date format (a report date) using the Contents > contents match > `25th May 2013` rule.

Unfortunately some of the files have two dates on the first page; one being the report date (desired) and the other an irrelevant date.

Is it possible to ignore the specified unwanted date (same for all PDFs) and only perform the renaming action using the report date?
