Error: "Could not retrieve metadata for file:"

Hello Support, suddenly one of my rules, I've used hundreds of times so far, doesn't work.

The error is: Could not retrieve metadata for file: /user........

It is a .xml file

That indicates that Spotlight can't index the file and Hazel needs that to access the file's metadata. You'll need to diagnose your Spotlight index to make sure it's scanning those files.
