Changing the rules folder for an existing rule

I did search the forums and the help file but I did not see the answer to this. If I add FolderA to the monitored folders and create rules in it, but then for whatever reason I decide I want the same rules monitored in FolderB instead, I can't edit the monitored folder for those rules. The best I've been able to come up with it to export the rules for FolderA and then import them into FolderB, which works but just feels a little clunky. Is there an easier way? (Hazel 5.1.1)

You can select the rules for FolderB and drag-drop them onto FolderA to copy them.

Additionally, you can sync rules between the two folders. If they share the same sync file, then editing rules in one will be reflected in the other.
