Notification exception in focus mode

I have been using MacOS Catalina for a while now and really like how it integrates focus mode between my iphone, ipad and mac.
However, there are various apps I can allow to show notifications while in focus (do not disturb) modes but not Hazel… It simply does not show up in the list of apps I can allow.
Does anyone know why or how to allow it?
I'm running MacOS 12.0.1 and Hazel 5.1

I'm not aware of anything special that needs to be done on my end for this. I'll look into it but off the top of my head, notifications are sent by an internal process in Hazel but, just like in the Notifications list, it should show up as Hazel.

Just tried it in 2023 on macOS Ventura (13.1) - Hazel app not showing up in exceptions.

It was fixed in a later Catalina released only to be broken again in Ventura. I suggest contacting Apple and reporting the bug to get them to actually fix it.

Yes, the "Display notification" worked in Big Sur but not in Ventura 13.2 Though I do here a sound if I enable one.[Correction: I DO NOT hear the assigned ir any other sound!]
And this is regardless of any Focus mode selection!
