First thing to fix is that it seems Hazel is not properly tracking the TV Shows folder. Try exporting the rules for that folder, remove it from Hazel, then re-add it and import the rules back in. Not sure if that affects the copy error but try that first and report back.

Followed the directions and I'm still getting the same error. Is there a way to attach my "TV Shows.hazelrules" ?

Click the contact support button in the Info pane. That opens up a Mail window where you can attach stuff.
