Hazel worker goes to front

I have just upgraded to Hazel 5.
The Hazel 4 worker runs »quiet« in the background.
But every time the Hazel 5 worker runs, it became the frontmost app (without window), all other apps, included the finder, and their windows go in the background (windows greyed).
Hazel 5.0.7, OSX Mojave, 32 GB RAM
Because I have a Hazel watched folder with continuous updated files (Log-Files), this happends every few seconds, so the Computer is not usable.
(The rule is, if the last modified date of a file is before today, move it to another folder).
My workaround: Pause Hazel for this folder, but I think, that is not the »Automated Organization for Your Mac«.
As I have mentioned, with Hazel 4 this was working in the background without issues.
What can I do?
