I apologize if this is overly simple, but I've tried and failed to sort it out.

My database backs up once a week to a shared folder that Hazel copies to a folder that I have Crashplan watching. My server program creates a TMP file first before the backup is completed. As of now, Hazel is grabbing the TMP file and not the finished product. I've looked for a delay provision or something that would only kick in if the date created was blank hours old, but I haven't figured it out.

You can use Date Created is not in the last X minutes/hours, though maybe a better solution is to filter out the TMP files.

I tried
All the following conditions are met:
Any file
Filename does not contain tmp

Should I add asterisks around it?
The temp file name is MPBackup.tmp.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.mpbak
