So lately I've been noticing that Hazel keeps forgetting my Folder Groups. Restoring the preference file from a recent Time Machine backup seems to fix it in the short term.

I'm wondering if it's a known bug or if perhaps something's got corrupted in my setup. I'm using Hazel 5.07 on a M1 MacBook Pro with Big Sur 11.4 installed.

Do you recall any other system changes recently? Also, do you happen to have an older version of Hazel still installed (check System Preferences)?

1. Can't say that I do. I've been putting off updating to Big Sur 11.5.1.
2. Nope, did a clean install of Big Sur. Hazel was one of the first things I installed of course.

I think it happens after a restart but I don't restart that often so I'm not certain but I'll keep an eye on it. If it happens again I'm going to recreate my folder groups from scratch and see if they stick. Thanks for the reply.
