Open rule not finding defined app after upgrading to Big Sur

I recently upgraded to Big Sur and upgraded to Hazel 5.0.7.
This is causing the following problem:

I have plenty of rules which contain an "Open with application: Preview".
But the application shown in the rule window does not refer to the installed Preview.app (circled red in screen shot link).
To make it work I have to manually select each rule's entry, click on "Other" and go pick the "Preview.app" shown under Applications (circled green).
Is there a way to make Hazel pick the correct application for all rules automatically or do I have to change rule by rule manually?
Why does this happen? Is it better to pick "Default application" to avoid this problem with future upgrades?

What version of macOS were you running before? I wonder if it has to do with Apple splitting the filesystem in two so most system apps ended up being moved.

Sorry for answering only now. I forgot about it......
Before upgrading to Big Sur my iMac 2017 was on High Sierra.

All of the system apps did move internally so you would need to re-link them in that case.
