Deletion of original Scansnap File.

I am using a Fujitsu Scansnap scanner and software to import files into my Mac computer. I then use Hazel to date and rename the file and move it into an appropriate folder. My problem is that I would like Hazel to delete the origin al file, (format yyyy-MM-dd_HH-mm-ss). I believe Hazel used to perform this function but it may have been lost in later versions.

If you move the file, there shouldn't be an original. Are you doing a copy instead?

The original file, named as noted in original post, remains within the ScanSnap App, imported file window, and then requires a two step process to delete each file. Actions which were previously not required
