Help needed

I have a Folder (Download) in this folder there are more folders with sub folders with contain movie files ending with .mkv
now I would like to let hazel move all files (.mkv) in the sub folders to my folder Test.
So Download/Folder1/File1/File1.mkv to move the File1.mkv to folder/Test.
How can I do this?
