Hello,

I am trying to create a rule where any movie or RTF file that lands in my Downloads folder is moved to a new subfolder with the same name, then the whole thing moved to my desktop. Right now, only the file is moved to the desktop but the subfolder stays in the Downloads folder.

Here is what the rule looks like:



What am I forgetting?

You need a separate rule to match and move the created folder. Actions after Sort into Subfolder operate on the file that was just moved, and not the subfolder it was moved into.
