ACTION: similate dragging and dropping file onto web page

Hello
I would like to know if this is possible in Hazel world, or am just being far fetched.

Many Many times a day I perform this action, 1 web page only.

for 1 folder, click to select the file, and drag and drop the file onto a web page.
this web page affectively "attaches" the file to the web page, in correct spot (next to the upload) button

Can this action be executed from Hazel?
Can in osx I make "OPEN the file" be the same as double click on the file?

If so then all I would have to do, instead was double click this file and it would autoamtically upload to the page.
I only do this for 1 webpage but many many many times a day.

Maybe you can do it with Automator or AppleScript. I've never tried to simulate a drag before so not sure if it's possible but that would be your best bet.
