Copy recently saved file to new folder

I'd like to create a rule that:

  • Copies "index.html" if it was recently saved (within the last minute or earlier)
  • Paste "index.html" in a different folder
  • Replace the existing "index.html" file

I've made a couple rules that seem to accomplish this (screenshot below).

My problem is that the rule does not run. If I Preview Rule Matches "index.html" matches up with the rule correctly (screenshot below), but it only runs if I manually click "Run Rules Now."

How can I get this rule to run as soon as the file is saved (or within one minute of being saved)?

First off, please keep posts like this to the support forums. The sticky article at the top of the Tips forum points this out.

The current version of a Hazel may take more than a minute to catch the change. You might want to change the condition to something like "Date modified is after date last matched" which will catch changes since the last time.

I updated my settings and this is taking around three minutes after file save to run automatically.

Anything else I can try to increase the speed?
