What is the best criteria?

Want to move an item to the trash after one hour of opening. Not within the hour of opening. why can't I get this right ugh

How about this:
"Date last opened is in the last 1 hour" does this delete items opened within the hour? does it delete the file right after its opened? 5, 10, 30 min ?

I have this set up and I opened an item more than 5 min ago and still nothing happens.

I'm confused. Do you want the file to be moved within an hour or after? You seem to be asking for "after" in the first post and "before" in your second.
