Move into Subfolders of specific folder?

Hi,
I am quite new to hazel, sorry for a probably stupid question, but I did not find a solution when searching this forum.

My itention is quite simple, I think:

Hazel monitores my downloads folder (so /Users/<username>/Downloads/) and based on different rules (extracting elements of the filname or content) I want to move these files into specific folders, most of them are subfolders of my documents folder (/Users/<username>/Documents/), for example can I identify specific banking documents (which include date etc.), so the "target" directory might for example be /Users/<username>/Documents/PDF/2020/BankXY/

Is there really no way to do this move in one step? I have tried to use the function "Sort into subfolder" and defined it (in this example) with something like /Users/<username>/Documents/PDF/<YearFromContent>/<BanknameFromContent>/ But the result was, that this structure was just created below the source-Folder (i.e. the Downloads folder).

The only way I got it to work is, that I first move the file to /Users/<username>/Documents/PDF/ and afterwards use the "Sort to Subfolder" with the pattern <YearFromContent>/<BanknameFromContent>.

First of all, to my mind it is not really handy to do it as two steps (and I would suppose, that this is a rather commen task). Secondly, the drawback for me personally is, that I sync all PDF folders to my NAS, so the file gets synced twice...

I hope you can give me a hint, that and how this can be solved with just one command :-)

Thanks and best regards
martin

It takes two actions. What are you using to sync?

Ok, thanks for the response. At least, I am not to stupid to find the appropriate Solution ;-)

I am using Synology Cloud Station Drive for syncing.

But now that I know that I really need 2 actions, I found a solution for the double syncing:
I will move the file into the Documents-folder (which is not synced) and Include the /PDF/ in the „Sort into Subfolder“ Action.
