I keep reading how user-friendly and easy it is but I am still doing something wrong. Here is what I have going on and if anyone could help me, I would be most appreciative!! I am working on a late 2015 model MacBook Pro. I have made a folder on my Desktop and named it "Christmas" and also have tagged anything Christmas in Red. I am trying to get Hazel to recognize any file or folder with the name Christmas in it and move it to the desktop folder named "Christmas". It doesn't seem like it should be that difficult but with all of the different file types and locations, it is beyond my capabilities! If anyone could help me out, I would truly and sincerely be grateful! Thank you and have a great day!!

If I understand you correctly, something like "Name contains 'Christmas', Move to 'Christmas'" should work. Have you tried that?

Yes, should I be in Desktop or Downloads? I tried all sorts of things but I was in Desktop and I think I need to move to Downloads! Thank you so much for your reply!!

From where are these file originating? That's the folder you want Hazel to monitor.
