Rule Missing in Rule search after search request

When I use search to find a rule by name the rules found are displayed in the "Rules Pane" but if an individual rule is selected it does not display in the Rule Detail pane.

What happens if you select that rule when not searching?

If I do not search and locate rule manually and then select it displays as normal.
