Hazel 5 – Previously tagged files are sometimes tagged again

Hazel rules (v. 5.0.1) setting tags on occasion seem to add a previously set tag again. So, there is a folder files where certain tags are added based on parts of the file name. Most files are already tagged manually/from earlier Hazel runs. Some of these files show the same tag twice after running Hazel rules.

What is happening there?

Can you post your rules? I suspect you need to add conditions to prevent your tagging rule from matching those files again.
