Delete everything except the last file added

I think the title explain everything but here is some details.
My movie folder contain subfolders named by the anime i am watching
Inside those folders there is... My animes episode
But i just want to keep the last ep, the rest must go to the trash. (i keep the last one to know how far i have gone)
Is there any way to do that without making a script? (i already have rules to clean things in subfolders so that's not the issue here, Issue is to identify the lastest and keep only him)
PS : by the way, having something like "contain" ">/</=" "items" condition in hazel would be great.
