Hazel 5 Not Saving Attributes For A Script

So,

I have been using the Run AppleScript option successfully for a while now (during previous versions) however now with Hazel 5 I am creating a new rule, and cannot seem to add Attributes to Run AppleScript.

Actually this is not 100% accurate. I can add Attributes but they do not save - neither does the Save button become active.

Any ideas on what I may be doing wrong? Should I be moving away from AppleScript to something else?

Are you on 5.0 or 5.0.1? I'm not seeing the problem here. Do you have repeatable steps to reproduce this from a cold start?

I am using 5.01.

Steps?

Go into my rule ...

Go to the line that says Run Applescript <NAME OF SCRIPT> and click on the options (i)

Add 5 Options (all variables created during the rule).

Click the (x) OR click away from that dialog. Save button remains gray.

Click (i) again - no attributes added.

That's it. Nothing "weird".

I can't replicate it here. Can you do the following?

- Launch Console
- Enter Hazel in the search field and hit return
- Trigger the bug
- Send me the resulting log messages

I have sent you the logs via PM.

There does seem to be a "Bug" in that log.

Would a screen recording be better?

Video might be better. Please email it in to support. Include a link to this thread. Thanks.

What is the email for support? The form on the Support page does not seem to allow uploading a file.

Don't worry I think I have worked it out :)
