I don't get it how to use Custom Table

Searching for:
Contents, Contain Match, Custom Table

Let's say I have table 'Name List' with one header and one row:

#####
Name
My Name
########

I have excel-file that contains: My Name (and a lot of other text)

I am getting "Rule does not match".

What I am doing wrong? Isn't the custom table enough for "search pattern"

Can you post more details on the rule? Also, note that Hazel can't read Excel files.
