Super simple folder archiving question

I just switched to hazel 5 though still on Catalina. I've mostly been using a very simple functionality in hazel - archiving folders out of a smallish shared dropbox folder as they age, so as to not overload the people I'm sharing with. The prior version made this easy to do but the current version has different date sorting that seems ambiguous - if I make a rule that moves everything out once it is not in 'this year' I'm afraid that will clear out the space in January, when what I want hazel to do is move everything that hasn't been modified (or opened) in the last year to another location.

How could I do this?

Can you elaborate or post screenshots? I don't think Hazel 5 has changed anything on this front so not sure what you are referring to.
