Hazel 5 - claims file matches, does not perform task

I have a folder that contains 4 rules. One that OCRs incoming PDFs, one that checks the contents of the OCR'd file and renames the file based on certain criteria, and then two that sort the renamed PDF into the appropriate folder. Keep in mind, this has worked flawlessly for weeks. The only things that have changed are 1. I installed Big Sur and 2. I upgraded to Hazel 5. The OCR stage and the rename stage are both working. When it comes to sort into folders based on fiscal years, nothing happens

As you can see in the image, the rule matches. However, it doesn't run. It also doesn't show up in the rule's status (only the rename rule is matching)

The rule is supposed to sort the files into the 2020-2021 folder that you can see in the above image, but nothing is happening and there is no mention of the rule in the logs. Has anyone seen anything like this? (I promise I searched around the forums before asking!)

Can you show the Rename rule? If that is the rule that is matching, unless you have a "Continue" action, no other rules will match. It's always been that way so the v5 upgrade would not have changed that.

Well... that fixed it. Thank you! I am 100% confused because that workflow worked, unaltered since September 18. Thanks for your help, I'm glad to have this working again!

Although I use Hazel for years, I sometimes forget the continue action. When there is a match in "preview rule", one could think about adding a decent hint why no actions are performed (e.g. the continue action is missing elsewhere).

If I did that, you would see it on almost every rule.
